A Dishonest Show for Tourists
Crash Course
Crash Course was a comedy cooking show in a theater in San Francisco. 3 nights a week, audiences would devour an hour or "Cooking, Juggling & Getting Hurt." This show ran for 6 months with sell-out crowds and rave reviews. Coverage in newspapers, major blogs and Television.
CuliNery Tuesdays
The precursor to "Crash Course" also ran for six months changing themes every week. Some themes included "Spring Break at the Vatican" and "Gingerbread Crack House." Scot rewired and rebuilt the theater and stage for these cooking shows. He produced video, lighting, wrote and promoted by himself.
Scot on Broadway
Directed by Leonidas Kassapides, Scot produced his one-man show in San Francisco's famous "Broadway Studios" 500 seat theater. It was promoted only with a grass roots flyer, poster and web campaign.
Visceral Variety Showcase
Co-produced with Chris Karney, this was an off-the-wall variety show which juxtaposed wild young performers with local legends. It was a launching pad for the careers of the two producers as well as several other international performers.
